This course has lots of trees and some water. It is not a difficult tract if you hit strait, There is lots of trouble if you don't. The greens have a lot of bumps and play very slow compared to other similar courses in the area. Very cheap if your a senior resident and you walk. The course is flat and should be walked unless your handicapped. Good luck, peace and GOD bless.

This 18-hole municipal course is close to my home so I play it often. However, pace of play is always slow and the course is always wet. It is often overwatered in the summer and some spots take a long time to dry during our wet winters. Some fareways have been severely dug up from heavy equipment driving on them. The course is flat and easy to walk and at $18 dollars for resident senior's, it's a good deal.

I can walk up and play this course most any week day. I always seem to meet friendly people, and I always have a pleasant day. There are no hills, so it's a nice easy walk. This month (Mar.) the course is recovering from a very wet winter, so there are some soft spots now, but it should be in better condition soon. If you decide to play a round of golf on the spur of the moment, this is always a good bet.

The course was in good shape. The greens are really slow so you have to bang it to reach the cup. We went off at 6:45 AM and we never waited and didn't see the group behild us until the last 3 holes. Good bargain for the area. Great staff.

This is an average course. Where it shines is pricing. A bargain for a San Francisco Bay area golf course. When you just want to knock the ball around and are not looking for "the course", then this is a good choice.

This Municipal Golf Couse has had its ups and downs through the years and at this point is on its way up, but it still has a lot of work to be done.
The front side greens still have to be re-done and but are very playable. The backside greens seem to be in pretty good shape after being re-done.
Watch out for the bunkers, you may lose you ball! They have tried to bring in new sand, but it seems to be very fine and every ball hit into some of the bunkers either plug or you cant find it.
The pace of play some days may drive you nuts waiting on every hole and ending up with a 5 hour plus round.
The new pro shop and bar seem to always be very clean and the pro has a friendly face and gives you a kind word. Behind the bar these days is a very pretty face to serve you a drink. So if you have some patience, dont mind the wind and like a wide open course with a great price, Skywest is the place to play!
